We are proud to share that Sam Saad III has been honored with the 2025 Richard Shanahan Service Award by the Marco Island Area Association of REALTORS®—one of the Association’s highest recognitions for service, leadership, and unwavering commitment to the real estate community.
This award celebrates individuals who go beyond their professional roles to serve their community, support charitable causes, and advocate for the real estate industry at the local and state levels. Since becoming a member of the Association in 2016, Sam has exemplified those ideals through consistent dedication, integrity, and leadership.
A practicing attorney since 2003 and a recognized leader in real estate law, Sam has committed countless hours to education and advocacy across Southwest Florida. He has served on multiple REALTOR® association committees, instructed continuing legal education courses, and regularly provides educational resources and seminars for real estate professionals throughout the region.
Beyond education, Sam’s service extends deeply into the community. He has donated and helped raise tens of thousands of dollars for local charities, including St. Matthew’s House, Youth Haven, Collier Harvest, and the Fraternal Order of Police – Cops & Kids Program. As a Major Investor in RPAC, Sam has been a strong and vocal advocate for REALTORS® and private property rights—going so far as to speak before the Collier County Commission to protect the interests of our industry.
Sam’s compassion, professionalism, and passion for teaching have made him a trusted resource and an outstanding ambassador for the real estate profession. He was previously recognized as Affiliate of the Year in 2022, and this year’s award reflects the continued impact of his service.
We are honored to celebrate this recognition and grateful for the leadership Sam brings to our community.
