Sam J. Saad

Sam J. Saad III is an accomplished attorney specializing in real estate, business law, and title services in Southwest Florida. A graduate of Creighton University Law School (cum laude, 2003), Sam also holds degrees in business and political science from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.

He also serves on key committees such as the Florida Realtor-Attorney Joint Committee (2024-2025) and as scribe and past chairman of the NABOR Legal Resources committee. Sam’s service extends to the Greater Naples Chamber of Commerce, where he graduated from the Leadership Collier program in 2013.

Recognized for his contributions to the industry and community, Sam was honored by Gulfshore Business Magazine’s "40 Under 40" (2012) and awarded the Golden Cedar Award by the Lebanese American Chamber of Commerce (2006).
