Biography

Sam J. Saad III is an accomplished attorney specializing in real estate, business law, and title services in Southwest Florida. A graduate of Creighton University Law School (cum laude, 2003), Sam also holds degrees in business and political science from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.

With a commitment to helping Realtors®, local professionals, entrepreneurs, and property owners navigate complex legal landscapes, Sam brings a common-sense approach to every client relationship, emphasizing economical solutions that fit each client’s unique needs. Known for his accessibility and dedication, he remains a reliable legal partner for those looking to close real estate transactions smoothly and effectively.

Sam actively participates in numerous professional organizations, including the Florida Bar Association, the Collier County Bar Association, and the Naples Area Board of Realtors (NABOR). He also serves on key committees such as the Florida Realtor-Attorney Joint Committee (2024-2025) and as scribe and past chairman of the NABOR Legal Resources committee. Sam’s service extends to the Greater Naples Chamber of Commerce, where he graduated from the Leadership Collier program in 2013.

Recognized for his contributions to the industry and community, Sam was honored by Gulfshore Business Magazine’s "40 Under 40" (2012) and awarded the Golden Cedar Award by the Lebanese American Chamber of Commerce (2006). A lifetime member of the National Eagle Scout Association, Sam is an active supporter of local nonprofits, including St. Matthew’s House, Collier Harvest, and Youth Haven.

Sam’s experience includes roles as Presidential Appointee under President George W. Bush, a former City Council Member of Naples and President of Paradise Coast Title & Escrow.
