David T. Lupo joins the Law Office of Sam J. Saad III

The Law Office of Sam J. Saad III is pleased to welcome attorney David T. Lupo as the firm’s Senior Counsel.

Originally from New Jersey, Lupo earned his law degree from the University of Miami School of Law, graduating cum laude in 1999. Lupo has been practicing civil litigation in Southwest Florida for over a decade with an emphasis on real property, commercial and business litigation for small business owners and medical professionals.

“David brings extensive experience to our clients, but more importantly he shares in our team’s passion for helping small businesses grow and serve this community,” said Sam J. Saad, Managing Attorney.

Lupo is a member of the Florida Bar Association, Collier County Bar Association and the American Inns of Court. In addition to practicing law in Florida, he is also admitted to the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida as well as the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of Florida. As an advocate for disaster and humanitarian relief, Lupo has taken leadership positions with the American Red Cross, serving as the Chairman of the Florida Southern Gulf Region, Chairman of the Collier County Chapter, and as a national delegate for the nonprofit organization.
